The proposal to hold a meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Education Board in Gisborne, which was discussed favourably at a meeting held in Napier on Friday, refers to the September meeting 'and not to that which is to be held next, month. The provisional date set for the Gisborne meeting is September 27. and it is proposed that the board should sit «'t night, and devote the two following days to inspections of school buildings and other facilities in the Gisborne and coast areas.
