MOSCOW PARLEYS
STILL IN PROGRESS ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS HRITISH AND FRENCH CONTACT WITH MOLOTOV (Eire. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, July 12. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, told the House of Commons to-day that he had nothing to add (o Monday's statement on the Moscow negotiations. "Probably before we have done there will be a publication of the proposals put forward by both sides,” said Mr. Chamberlain. “I do not think it would be advisable at present. It would lead to further recriminations.” Ho said he did not think it would be useful to argue as to who was to blame Tor the delay the Opposition alleged while the negotiations were still in progress. I*: is understood that further instructions will reach the British and French negotiators at Moscow very shortly and it is likely that a luitnei meeting with the Soviet Foreign Minister, M. Molotov, will take place within the next few days. The Soviet Ambassador to Britain called at the Foreign Office to-day.
