According ,to press messages from Tokio, the conversations on the Japanese blockade of Tientsin are expected to open at Tokio on Wednesday. The British Consul-General at Tientsin, Mr. E. Jameson, and other local representatives have arrived in Japan. The House of Lords will discuss the Far East situation on Thursday.
