A new form of money order telegram is about to be issued, having both order and advico on tho same slip. Fhe advice portion to be torn off at a perforated line, also a new system of dealing with instructions to clubs frr totalizator investments under which all such instructions for big meetings will be received, in the city offices and handed over to the officials appointed by racing clubs, who will 20 minutes before each race tabulate the number of investments for each horse, which will then be telegraphed to the course and money pat on the machine. The system will first come into operation in connection with the New Zealand Cup meeting.
