During the month 988 tons of quartz were crushed, yielding 3410zs Bdwt 4gra gold valued at £1412 11s 6d. 6 tons of concentrates were produced, and 681 tons of coarse sands cyanided, tbe latter yielding bullion to the value of £454 5s Bd, GOLDEN FLEECE, During the month 1,137 tons of quartz were crushed, giving a return of 4770zs sdwt 21gr bullion valued at £1,926 Is 7d, 1,105 tons of tailings were cyanided, producing bullion to the value of £sll 8a 4d, and tons of concentrates were saved.
