THE ARBITRATION COURT.

Wellington. October 10.

The Arbitration Court opened its Wellington session this morning. Sixteen cases are setjdown, of which thirteen are disputes. The W harf Labourers’ case is being heard, after which the session will be interrupted by the Court of Appeal; at the conclusion of which the Arbitration Court will proceed with the list, and after dealing with it return to Auckland, where another long bst awaits them.
