He states he is going to New Zealand to see friends, and was taking a sea voyage for the benefit of his health. He will make a short stay in Australia. The Moonstone Enquiry. Sydney, Oct. 4. The Marine Court found that the wreck of the Moonstone was due to the do fault of the master (Griffiths Owen Wd liams) in not taking sufficient precaution! and the wrongful act of having only one man oh deck when under way; and in default of the mate not keeping a proper look-out. The captain’s certifica'e as master of a foreign-going vessel was suspended for 12 months, and the mate’s certificate as a master foreign-going vessel suspended for 18 months.
