Obituary. ■ Wellington, Sept 12. News has been received by cable from 'Washington announcing the death of the Bev Dr Festre, formerly Provincial of the Marist Order in N. Z. The Premier Honoured. The Premier has received a handsomely illuminated address from a number of labour leaders in England. It is bound in morocco, the inside of the covers being in crimson watered Bilk. The address congratulates the Premier on the passage into law of the Old-Age Pension soheme Divorce Court. Wellington, This Day. The Chief Justice, in the Divorce Court tq-day granted decrees nisi for dissolution of marriage in the cases of Ann Fox v. Francis Fox; James Beid v. Maria Beid; Albert Algar v. Clara Algar, and Ereti Kingi v Tangi Kingi.
