The New Hebrides Question.

The Herald commenting on Etenme's suggestion in regard to the New Hebrides, says that self denial is to be shown by Great Britain and not France. It is evident from further remarks about New Caledonia, fortunately Australia can now speak with the force of a federated nation, and there can be no doubt that the answer to the suggestion for the surrender of the New Hebrides would be in the negative.
