Two applications to surrender special dredging claims at Kapitea Creek and Foley's Crook by W. J MTlroy (2), T. Y, Byrne (2), and James Wylde (2) were granted, subject to rent being paid np to date.
At the conclusion of the business Mr. Murdoch applied to have tho Court sit at 11 a.rn. in future instead of 10 a.m. as at present. His Worship agreed to the alteration, tho first such sitting to be held on September 4th.
