WESTLAND LAND BOARD.
The monthly meeting of the Westland Land Board was|held at tho Board's office, Hokitika, yesterday. Present: the Chief Commissioner, Messrs Matheson, Cumnr'ngs and Lang.
The following applications concerning this district were dealt with
Martin Flanigan, 96 acres of rural land in block I Poorua S.D. being section No IGB at Ifis per acre. Granted. H J Peterson, 241 acres of rural land in block XI Poorua S D, being section 158 at 5s per acre. Granted.
P B Hondo, 117 acres of rural land in block No I Poorila 8 D, being section No 150, at 20s per acre. Granted. Peter Hende, 3(55 acres of rural land, in block VI Poorua S D, being section No 171 at 7s Gd per acre. Granted. P. J. Haddock, 352 acres of rural land in block I Poerua S.D., being section No 186, at 20s per acre. Granted.
John Adamson, 125 acres of rural land in block II Poerua S.D., being section No 102, at 20s per acre. Granted. Caroline A. Robertson, 167 acres of rural land in block Y Poerua S.D., being section No 162, at 5s per acre. Granted.
Mary Adamson, 193 acres of rural land -in block 1 Poerua S. D., being section No 146 at 10s per acre. Granted.
Bosa Diedrilchs, 18 acres of rural land in block 1 Poerua, S. D., being section No 198 at 20s per acre. Granted.
Thomas Mooney 625 acres of rural land in block 1 Poerua S. D, being section No 169, at 15s per acre. Granted.
Janet Ferguson, 118 acres rural land in block 1, Poerua S D, being section No 148 at 20s per acre. Granted, Carl) Hende, 133 acres of rural land in block 11, Poerua 8 D, being section No 170 at 15s per acre. Granted. The Receiver of Land Bevenue reported seeeipts for the* "period amounting to J 6276 13s lOd, viz,— Ordinary Land Revenue, £156 9s 3d ; Midland Railway Revenue £l2O 3s 7d.
