Police v. Antonio Moretti, licensee of National Hotel.—Charged' with supplying a child under age with intoxicating liquor The defendant through Mr Murdock pleaded guilty, but advanced in extenuation that tho liquor was procured for medicinal purposes, and a certificate from Dr. Scott to that effect was put, Convicted and discharged.
