THE ROYAL VISIT.

Perth, July 24 The Duke of Cornwall and York laid the foundation of the memorial to soldiers who fell in South Africa, and presented war medals. He reviewed the troops. In the evening a levee was held at Government House in the presence of distinguished company. Rear Admiral Beaumont was created a Knight Commander of St Michael and St. George. In the evening the Royalties attended a state concert.
