The German-Australian liner Weimar, while en route to Australia, came into collision with the German steamer Caisar, bound for Antwerp, and was damaged. The latter was beached. Turkish Fort Surrendered. Caieo, July 22. A Turkish fort 70 miles inland from Aden, which 500 British troops were
recently sent to occupy, has been evacuated. The British demanded the Turks’ surrender.
