TWO SYDNEY FIRES.

(FEB HBESS ASSOCIATION.-COPYRIGHT.) Eeoeived this day at 9 35 a m. Sydney, July 11. Hordern estimates his stock as valued at half a million dostroyed. The total damage is uustated. Another extensive firs occurred early this morning. The fire gutted five out of six bnildings, occupied by the Imperial Manufacturing Company in Kent street, containing a large stock of tea and food Btnffs. The damage is several thousands. There was considerable damage by water. Hordern's has secured the Prince Alfred pact of the Exhibition building, and will re-start business this morning. , In Kent Street fire Lazaries and Rosenfeldts, general merchants adjoining, were damaged by water. The Fire Brigades did splendid work being at both outbreaks. The Head Department declares it would have done much bettor but it was sadly under engined and undermanned.
