(BY BLBCTBIC TBLEGBAPH.) (PER PBBSS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) Sydney, July 11. The expected Arbitration Bond was signed this morning, and the strike with the trade declared off. Pbeth, July 11. In reply to the Government ultimatum the Railway Mens' Association informed the Premier that they considered it useless continuing further negotiations ; Government not having agreed to the appointment of a Board, as stipulated by the employees. The Premier accepted the mens' case for negotiations, but protests against tbe assertion that Government rejected the Board. Subsequently the Premier moved in the Assembly that the House deplored the strike, and are of the opinion that the men should return to work. Thereupon, the Board was appointed to consider the question of the demands and increased stages. The debate is not finished.
