(PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION.- COPYBIGHT.) Pebth, July 10. Tho Premier has forwarded a letter to the Bailway Men's Association stating that if the strikers return to work before 8 a.m. on Thursday morning they will be reinstated. After that hour their absence will be regarded as a resignation, and steps will be at once taken to fill the positions In the event of all the strikers returning permanent work will be found for all. The men temporarily taken on during the strike, if tho strikers resume will in no way prejudice the Government popopal to refer the disputes to a board or inquiry.
