Owing to a clerical error in the information and accused having loft the district the information was dismissed. Same v Same, drunkenness. Accused was convicted and discharged and ordered to pay costs of Court IlfHeley v. M. Wilson, claim for £8 11s 4d goods supplied. Judgment by default with costs 10/-. Baker vJ. MacCarthy, Claim for 18/-, goods supplied. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amount claimed with costs 8/-
