First offender for drunkenness was convicted and fined ss. Hildebrand and Co. v. B. McMurray and G. Collins, registered owners of s.s. Gerti, claim for £23 16s 2d for goods supplied. Adjourned by consent till Tuesday. Forsyth and M'Kay v. De Berry, claim for £32 6s 2d for goods supplied. Judgment by default with costs £2 14s. J. Williams v. A. Cowie, claim for £4 15s, Judgment by default with 10s costs.
