B. Moroom. of Natal Assembly; Sir W. G. Smith, Chief Justice of British Guinea, representing various Colonies. University Honors. The Glasgow University has conferred Doctorship of Laws upon Earls Eeauchamp and Glasgow. Ottawa, June 14 French Canadian lawyers and journalists are strongly opposed to the new Imperial Appellate Court fearing that Imperialism will menace constitutional rights. ; Congo Annexation Bill. jßßßiin, June 14. It is Alleged that the company'took over half a million of the London and Globe Finance Company’s liabilities, and aided disastrous speculations in other instances.
