Agent-General advises the Government that the Commander-In-Chief has selected Captain Moore, of the Eoyal Garrison Artillery, in succession to Captain McKenzie, of the Auckland Garrison. The General commanding in South Africa has cabled to the Premier that the Fourth and Fifth New Zealand Contingents are not likely to leave for the colony until June 8, The following have sailed from the Cape by the Papanui = — 9778 Private Bonner, 827 Private’ Yon Dadalzens, 3326 Quarter-Master Sergeant Mitchell.
