ROYAL INVITATION CARDS.
[per PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
Wellington, April 19. The judges appointed to award prizes offered by the Government for cards of invitation to public functions during the Royal visit, have sent their award to the Cabinet, recommending for first prize, No. 12, Auckland ; second, No. 32, Dunedin; third, No. 3, Wellington. Of sis next in order, medal prizes, two go to Wanganui competitors. The following are the awards for designs of invitation cards at the official receptions to the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall in the four centres ?
The first prize of fifteen guineas goes to W. H. Young of the Star Office, Auckland. Second, of five guineas, to P. W. Sears of Wellington. Third, of five guineas, to 11. Hawridgc, Dunedin. The following receive prizes of two guineas A. D. Willis, Wanganui (2) ; it. MTntyrc, Dunedin ; W. Gulliver, Auckland ; and C. Kitson, Christchurch.
