The Appeal Court is now hearing the Union B. S. Company v. Lakins and Brown. The latter got judgment for £l6O damage to a shipment of onions by the Talune when she picked up the Perthshire in IS ( J9. Justice Martin holding that the conditions of the boat note did not cover such a total change of route as had to be made. From this decision the Steamship Company now appeals. ,
