CnuisTcnrßCf, March 28. At the Midland Railway Commission P. M. Stewart put in a statement giving tho particulars of his contracts with the Company. William Orystall, merchant, considered that it is time it was completed, and that there wonid be an increace on tho tourist, goods, timber, and coal traffic. He thought tho line would only pay working expenses at first. Gavin, resident engineer, considered that the Government improvement would add to capital value of the line.
