This Day—Monday

Tho quarterly meeting of the Grey Licensing Bonch was hold in the Court Ifouso, Groymouth, at noon to-day, all tuembors present.

Tho transfer of tho liconso of the Blackball hotel to J. Thomas, was granted as also tho transfer of Hamilton's hotel, Cobdon from J. Druco to J. Thomby. Tho Chairman was requested to inform tho Government, that a vacancy had occurred on the bench through tho death of tho lato Mr Roche, and to further intimate that Mr Steer was next on tho voting of tho Coast electors.
