GREY MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Monday, March 11th,
(Before R, S. Hawkins S.M.)
A. Lundbcrg was charged with getting on a train while in motion. Convicted and fined ss, and 7s costs.
IJ. Mason was charged with using obscne language. Mr Poole appeared for the accused. After the evidence of Sergeant Shirley and J. M'Cartby and accused had been taken, the Magistrate convicted and discharged accused on the payment of ;CL towards the Public Library.
Smith v Spiers. Claim of £1 Ss for goods supplied. Judgment by default.
The cases M'Fccjv Gilberlson; Simpson v Leviathan Company; Erickson v Leonard; County Council v Boss v Uillan were adjourned till the 25th inst,
