He bad some quarrel with a woman neighbour last week, and she complained to the police he had been throwing stones on her roof and annoying her. Next day he was seen going to the bush. The body was found by his own son. Auckland, This Day. The adjourned case of administering noxious drugs against Dr Cooper and W. Jackson came on at Te Aroha and was withdrawn on the ground of want of evidence. The accused were discharged.
