Stock Market.
Johnsonville, December 16. Freeman R. Jackson and Co. report :— The cattle offered at the sale consisted of a few small well-finished bullocks, the rest large but plain stores. Prices were about equal to last sale rates. We have no improvement in the value of sheep to quote. A large entry of piga came forward and sold at late rates. Cattle— Best bullocks, L 6 5s to L6 los ; others, L 5 7s 6d to L 6; cows, L 4 to L 4 ss ; eqnal to 15s per lOOlbs for ox beef and 14s for cow. Sheep— Wethers, 7s lOd to 0s ; ewes, 6s to 6s 6d ; lambs, 7s 6d to 8s ; inferior lambs, 3s to ss. Pigs— Small baconers, 27s to 30s; porkers, 19s to 235 ; stores, 15s to 18s ; small pigs, 6s 6d to 12s 6d.
