Butland, Hokitika, 300 yds ... 4 Hunt won by 4 lengths, 4 lengths between second and third. Time, 4min 52secs. Three mile. (Second class.)— A. G. Forbes, scr, 1 ; U. Peacock, 65yds, 2 ; W. He was paced by two quadraplicates.
