The Soudan Campaign.
(Per Press Association). London, Dec. 3. The Times announces that the decision of the Appeal Court at Alexandria will not affect the advance of the Soudan expedition. Cairo, Dec. 2. The Appeal Court at Alexandria condemned the action of the Government in using the Carose De La Deffe reserve funds for expenses of the Soudan expedition.
