Banking Enquiry.
(Per Press Association.) { Wellington, Oct. 8. When the draft report of the subcommittee was brought before the Bank Committee co-day Mr Hutchison wished to have it publicly discussed. The Chairman and others thought it undesirable to have the deliberations made public, and after a short debate this was carried by 9 to 1, and the press representatives then withdrew. The committee proceeded to deliberate upon the report.
