AN IMPOPiTANT POINT. Per Press Association.) Melbourne, This Day. A bitch has occurred in the City of Melbourne Bank prosecutions. It has been discovered a son of the forman of the jury is in the employment of one of the defendants, and tho question is raised that this would affect the verdict. The Judge adjourned the hearing to consider the point.
