Adelaide, This Day. The Commandant in his annual report proposes to establish peace footing of 1,000 officers and men, that number to be increased in time war to 3,600. Hobart, Oct. 2. Arrived— Ruahine from London at midnight, and she sails for Wellington at 3 p.m. to day.
