PROPOSAL TO DEPOSE THE SULTAN. (Per Press Association) Constantinople, Sept, 10. Under the pretext of removing dangerous strangers, the wholesale deporting of Armenians has been resumed. Athens, Sept. 11. It is explained the sentences referred to yesterday apply to prisoners under the ordinary laws, and officers are not included. London, Sept. 11. It is reported the Powers are considering the advisability of deposing the Sultan.
