Riots in Constantinople.
(Per Press Association.) CONSTANTINOPLB, Aug. 81. The disorder shows signs of abating, and the Sultan has orderedjjthe disarming of the Mussulmen. The Powers have iutinaated that the state of anarchy at present rois/ning must cease. Tbe Armenian Committee threaten further disorders until their grievances are redressed. British sailors are guarding the British Embassy, and they thrashed a mob who were rushing the streets aud murdering Armenians. The Sultan has complained of the conduct of the British seamen.
