The Tick Conference.

(Per Press Association.) Sydney, August 12. The Tick Conference has assembled. Mr Gilruth, of the New Zealand Stock Department, who has been in England, represents that colony. All the colonies, with the exception of West Australia, are represented. The Ministerial delegates met first, and submitted a number of questions to expert members, and the latter are now considering them, after whicn the Conference will proceed to discuss the recommendation.
