(Per Press Association.) London, July 12. The depositors and stockholders in the English and Scottish Bank have accepted tbe scheme submitted to them by a majority of about 35 to 1. The depositors in the Australian Joint Stock Bank have agreed to the proposal to accept one-half the deposits in cash, and the other half in deposit receipts, bearing 3 per cent interest, payable in 1906. Melbourne, July 13. The liquidators of the City of Melbourne Bank have notified that tbe first dividend, 4d in the £, will be paid to the i Victorian creditors on the 22nd inst.
