A few pens of prime came for* ward. Prices were on a par with those ruling at last sale. Sheep were in usual numbers, bus the quality was; only medium. No prime' were penned and they were light weights. No pigs were yarded. Cattle-Best' bullocks £1 17 b 6dto £8 3a'6d; others, £'6 10s to £7 sa ; small steers, £4 15a 1 to £5 78-; cows#£4 5s to £5 ; ox beef made 17s 6d and cow 14s per lOOlbs. Sheep- Light wethers, 9s4dto 10s 7d; ewes, 7s 6d to ßs 3d; store wethers, 8s 2d; lambs, 5s 6d to 7s.
