Inter-Colonial Fruit Conference.

o(Per Press Association.) Wellington, May 11. A deputation, representing the Intercolonial Fruit Growers Conference waited on the Premier this afternoon and cordially thanked the Government ' for the kindness, courtesy and assistance extended to the delegates by the Department of Agriculture. They especially expressed pleasure at the fact that a . full report of the proceeding at the conference was to he printed. Some of the delegates observed that the colonies would soon grow sufficient fruit to* carry on a large export trade in which case it wculd be necessary for various colonies to combine and work together.
