(Per Press Association) Wellington, This Day. Additional census returns : Counties — Whengaeri, 7005 ; increase, 885. Manukau, 12,447 ; 522. Whangaroa, 976 ; increase, 98. The returns show the total population of Auckland and suburbs to be 58,813, an increase of 7,226 ; Dunedin and suburbs 47,367, an increase of 1498.
