England's Licensing Law.
(Per Press Association) London, May 7. The Snnday Closing Bill has heen read a second time in the House of Commons by a majority of eight, but it was a snap division. By the provisions of this measure public houses in England are to be closed all day on Sunday, except to lodgers and travellers.
