HEAVY FIGHTING IN SOUDAN. (Per Press Association"). Cairo, April 16. Five friendly tribes in the vicinity of Wady Haifa will patrol both sides of the Nile. Friendly natives at Tokar defeated Osman Digna, and killed 80 of his force tueir own loss being only 9. Rome, April 16. General Baldissera advises Government he will await the result of peace negotiations before relieving Adigret. Major Syduey routed 000 dervishes, cavalry, and 100 infantry at Tokar. Fen wick's Egyption cavalry routed a second attack, killing 80 of the enemy.
