(Per Press Association! Wanganui, April 9. The draughts championship concluded to day, the prixe takers being as follows : — Boreham, Oaruaru, Ist and champion, £20 ; Montgomery, Port Chalmers, 2nd, £11 ; Leggatt, Wellington, 3rd, £8 ; Henderson, Auckland, 4th, £5 ; Kay, Woodville, sth, £3 10s ; Anderson, Wanganui, 6th, £1 10s The match between the North and South Islands played tonight resulted in favor of the North Island.
