The Faust Family.

An entertainment was given in the Assembly Rooms lawt evemug by the clever Faust family before a fairly good attendance. The programme consisted of selections on the hand bells, selections on violins and other instruments in all sorts of positions, including acrobatic feats, comic Irish songs by Eugene, Master Freddy and little Ruby Faust, and wonderful Risley exhibition by Messrs Ted and Eugene, Master Freddy and little Ruby Faust. The Risley certainly includes some of the most clever and difficult; acrobatic feats performed before a Feilding audience, and also some very amusing features. The wonderful dexterity with which Ted and Eugene performed difficult feats of acrobatism while playiug the violin created a considerable amount of applause and laughter. An audience is always the best judge as to the quality of an entertainment, and those who witnessed the Faust performance last evening were kept in a continuous roar of laughter at the comicalities of Messrs Ted and Eugene. Even the most cynical couldn't help laughing. It is needless to say that almost the whole of the items on the programme were loudly encored. They will appear in the Assembly Rooms again this evening for the last time, when a change of programme is promised. The prices of admission have been reduced to 2s and Is, aud children half price. Those desirous of enjoying a hearty laugh should not fail to attend and they will not be disappointed.
