The War in Abyssinia.
(Per Press Association) Home, March 10. It has now been ascertained tbat Baraterie did not wait till the end of the disastrous battle on Sunday, and made no attempt to gather the remnant of the defeated army. In Rudini's Ministry Becctti takes the portfolio of Minister of War, and Brin that of Foreign Affairs. The chief defection during the marches of the army in Abyssina was from the Baratieri division. The affairs throughout the country are becoming quieter.
