NEW ZEALAND TELEGRAMS.
(Per Press Association). Dunedin, March 10. At the adjourned meeting of the Otago section of the National Association, a Council of 22 was elected. It was stated that the membership was 300. Mr A. Morrison, member for Caversham, addressed his constituents this evening. He defended the Government policy. He asserted the surpluses were real. A vote of thanks and confidence was carried without opposition.
