A Destructive Fire.
(Per Press Association.) Sydney, Feb. 24. By a fire at Deniliquin six business premises were destroyed and damage done to the extent of many thousands. The brigade, presumably because they had not been paid for some time past, refused to turn out, and two boura elapsed before an amateur set of firemen could get a plant together.
