The quarterly meetiug of the Sandon- ( Feilding Wesleyan circuit was held at Campbelltown yesterday afternoon. Present— Revs. Keall and G. S. Harper, Messrs Williams, W. Carthew, H. Sanson, A'Court, R. W. Bishop, Jas. Bowater, D. Masters, T. Verry, Jas. Wood, and J. G. Cobbe. It was reported the finances of the circuit were in a fairly satisfactory condition, and with the proceeds of the picnic to be held tomorrow there would probably be a credit balance in hand. Mr Ja*. Sanson as substitute in the event of the former not being able to go, Votes of sympathy were passed to the Rev. W. H. Judkins in his forced retirement, and with the Say well family in their present serious illness. It was decided that Mr Bclhouse, of Hawera, be invited to take Mr Judkins' place in the circuit, and failing his accepting the position, that Mr Bowie, at present of Manakau circuit, be iuvited. Messrs B. i Eglinton and J.G. Cobbe were appointed circuit stewards.
