Fatal Accident.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Deer. 26. A young man named George Philpotts, a storeman in the employ of Tnrnbnll and Coy., was riding along Lambton Qua3 7 on Christnjas night when his horse shied, and Philpotts being unseated, his horse fell on him. He sustained a fracture of the skull and died in half an hour after admission to the hospital. He was about 28 years of age and only recently married.
