Colonial Bank Liquidators.
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, December 19. A petition was filed to-day in the Supreme Court for the winding-up of the Colonial Bank under the Act of last session. A summons was taken out for hearing in Chambers to-morrow and to appoint three provisional official liquidators. The names proposed are — Hon. Larnach and Messrs W. B. Vigors and Keith Ramsay. The appointment of the liquidators proposed will be contested on behalf of certain shareholders.
